I love finding that special small business owner to hire for a service. Mr. Chuck Anderson is that ideal sole proprietor. Chuck answered my call directly, we dealt with my insurance company together, and he came to my house the very next day. The second he pulled up, I could detect that he was a nice and honest man. He went the extra distance to clean the bazillion shards of glass that went everywhere inside and outside of my car. He even purchased a new vacuum to ensure he could do the job as best as possible. I wish I could say enough good things about Chuck and his business. I don’t think I’ve experience that kind of quality service and honest, kind interaction my whole life. When I first called he gave me a quote and already it was way cheaper than I expected. When he came to install the windows he lowered my price even more because manufacturer of the windows gave him a cheaper deal than he expected.
